Our gardeners participated in a collaborative activity during garden club (too cold to work outside). Acting as designers/landscape architects, they looked at how they would incorporate various activities and spaces into their fictitious yards. The activity came from the Junior Master Gardener Leader Guide, but mirrors a blog hosted by local Atlantans: Redeem Your Ground This group of designers "work to effectively extend the walls of your home outside in a way that brings greater life to you and your family. Simply put, they help create outdoor spaces that reflect who you are and how you wan to live outside."
